• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales performance and smash targets

• Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
• Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service What we’re looking for
• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced workplace
• Strong leadership skills
