We are seeking a friendly and organized Studio Assistant to join our agile team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting daily studio operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with children, and possess strong communication abilities. Responsibilities

- Greet clients, students, and visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Assist with scheduling classes, events, and appointments, ensuring smooth operations
- Support instructors and staff during classes or events as needed
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing accurate information and assistance
- Manage cash handling tasks such as payments for classes or merchandise accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Support food service activities if applicable, including setup, serving, and cleanup
- Assist with special events or programs designed for children or community groups




- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times

Skills

- Experience working with children is highly desirable, demonstrating patience and engagement skills
- Strong public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients of all ages
- Guest services experience to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy and security in transactions
- Food service or hospitality experience is a plus for supporting event-related activities
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
