We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Manager to oversee daily operations at our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment. A background in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations is highly valued to ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling classes and events
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services
- Oversee front desk activities such as check-ins, reservations, and inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and inviting for guests
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure class schedules run smoothly
- Promote studio programs and special events to increase community engagement
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for daily functions
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Cash handling experience with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks efficiently
