About the Opportunity: A growing local exteriors and restoration company is looking for an experienced Subcontractor Eavestrough Installer to take on an immediate, high volume of approved insurance jobs. We provide the seamless eaves machine and all materials. You provide the labor, hand tools, and expertise to get the water flowing right.

Requirements:

- Proven experience running a seamless eavestrough machine and installing continuous gutters.
- Must operate as a Subcontractor (Active WCB and Liability Insurance required).
- Must have your own hand tools and a reliable truck (capable of pulling the machine trailer).
- Quality workmanship with proper sloping, secure fastening, and clean corner miters.

Responsibilities

- Install eavestrough systems on residential and commercial properties following project specifications and schematics
- Operate and manage installation machinery provided by the company with safety and precision
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to blueprint readings and schematics
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, levels, and caulking guns to secure components effectively
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper surface conditions before installation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with project managers or supervisors to ensure timely completion of installations
- Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition; report any malfunctions or repairs needed

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools including screwdrivers, drills, caulking guns, and levels
- Construction experience with a focus on exterior or roofing projects preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, schematics, and drywall installation beneficial
- Experience with restoration work, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions
