We are looking for a full‐time Dental Receptionist, to join our amazing team in Belleville

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answering incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and proces insurance claims
- Coordinate appointment reminders and follow up communications
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and texts
- Day end closing
