We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will oversee installation projects, coordinate with team members, and ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. This role offers an opportunity to lead complex installation tasks across various projects, including eavestrough, soffit, fascia, siding and more. The Lead Installer will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for our clients while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret detailed construction plans to execute installations accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as eavestrough installation, soffit and fascia, and siding installations.
- Perform specialized tasks including caulking and capping, as needed.
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks effectively and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and identify potential hazards on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; manage materials and tools efficiently throughout each project phase.
- Communicate progress updates to project managers and clients when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eavestrough and siding renovation projects with a strong background in related trades.
- Proficiency in reading technical job details.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools essential for installation tasks.
- Knowledge of installation techniques.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to construction trades are a plus but not mandatory.
