Job Title: Raymond Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators

Location: Mississauga, ON (Dundas & Winston Churchill)
Shift: Day Shift (7:00AM-5:30PM, Mon-Thurs)

Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Raymond Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a warehouse in Mississauga.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on operating experience and valid forklift certification. This facility features an automated racking system up to 6 levels high, so operators must be confident handling materials at significant heights while maintaining strict safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Put away and retrieve pallets from racking up to 6 levels high.
- Move, stage, load, and unload warehouse materials.
- Operate safely around automated racking systems and warehouse equipment.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating instructions.
- Maintain accuracy when handling inventory and moving products.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Valid forklift certification for the required equipment.
- Previous experience working with high racking systems.
- Comfortable operating at heights of up to 6 rack levels.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- CSA-approved safety footwear.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
