Role & Responsibilities

- Provide a positive customer experience by greeting customers, answering general questions, assisting with shopping carts, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.

- Collect, organize, and return shopping carts to designated areas.

- Restock merchandise and ensure sales areas remain tidy and well-presented.

- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and collaborate with team members to support daily store operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others.

- Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
