Job Title: Senior Sales Representative - Commercial Security

Location: Toronto, ON (In-office with field visits)

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary ($100k+ OTE Year 1; $150k+ OTE Year 2)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established, Canadian security solutions provider seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative. Our client designs, installs, and services complex electronic security infrastructure across the Greater Toronto Area. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role focuses heavily on managing key client accounts during year one, expanding into a balanced split between account management and active business development in year two.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with property managers, real estate developers, and general contractors across the GTA
- Consult with clients to deliver integrated commercial security systems, including access control, IP video surveillance, emergency communication, and intrusion detection
- Execute on long-cycle, high-value opportunities ($1M+ average project values) from initial discovery through solution design and close




- Balance daily responsibilities across key account management (70%), new prospect outreach (20%), and pipeline administration (10%)
- Conduct frequent in-person site visits and technical walk-throughs within the assigned regional territory

Qualifications

- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience within commercial security, low-voltage integration, or building technology systems
- Proven track record managing complex sales cycles (3 to 12 months) and interfacing with property management and construction decision-makers
- Functional familiarity with core business tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong relationship-building skills paired with a proactive account growth strategy
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the GTA

Compensation

- $70,000 - $85,000 base salary
