We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, driving profitability, managing staff scheduling, and enforcing food safety standards. The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives under pressure during peak service hours, and works collaboratively with kitchen staff and restaurant owners to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & HR: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH and BOH staff. Conduct regular shift pre-shift meetings and performance check-ins.
- Daily Operations: Oversee meal service, dining room floor management, table turns, and order pacing. Step in on the floor during busy rushes (bussing, seating, expediting) as needed.
- Guest Experience: Greet guests, handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy, and uphold service standards.
- Financial Management: Manage labor costs, track daily sales,



handle cash/POS reconciliations, and review basic operational budgets.
- Inventory & Ordering: Monitor inventory levels for food, beverage, and dining room supplies; coordinate with vendors and place orders.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce state/local health codes, sanitation protocols, labor laws, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Hospitality Management or Business is a plus).
- Solid familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) platforms (e.g., Toast, Square, Clover) and reservation tools.
- Valid Food Protection Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe Manager) and state-approved alcohol server certification.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
