Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Welder with a valid CWB certification and strong blueprint-reading skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production welding, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform production welding according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Complete welding tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

- Valid CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau)



certification is required.
- Proven experience in production welding.
- Robust ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication workplace.
