You'll thrive in this role if you have: EEC Infant/Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development Some requirements of the role include: Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials Providing responsive, individualized care that supports each infant's development through gentle, age-appropriate activities Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom setting Assisting with daily routines, including bottles, meals, diapering, and naptime,
