Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Lead at our Upper Canada location. This role is vital in supporting store operations, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

No previous body jewelry or piercing knowledge is required—we provide paid training! However, an interest in body jewelry or piercings is considered an asset.

Duties

- Greeting every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and answering questions
- Processing sales accurately and efficiently
- Restocking merchandise and maintaining attractive product displays
- Keeping the kiosk clean, organized, and inviting throughout each shift




- Tracking out-of-stock merchandise and reporting inventory needs
- Working collaboratively with your team to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Lead daily sales activities, motivating team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, POS transactions to ensure accuracy
- Supervise staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback

Skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous leadership experience is an asset but not a requirement
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints professionally and diplomatically

Training We believe in setting our team up for success. Every new team member receives paid, hands-on training, including:

- In-store training alongside experienced staff
- Customer service and sales techniques
- Product knowledge
- A detailed training manual for continued learning
- On going support from upper management to help you succeed in your role

Training continues until both you and management are confident in your ability to perform the role independently. Pay: From $22.00 per hour
