We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry or restaurant setting, with strong skills in food handling, cashiering, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed




- Ensure all serving areas are organized and presentable at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Basic math skills for order totaling and change calculation
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.30-$19.00 per hour
