- DEP in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, or electromechanical investigation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
- Ability to diagnose complex equipment failures and identify root causes.
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.




- Good communication skills and the ability to clearly document technical findings and corrective actions.

What Sets You Apart

- Experience investigating recurring equipment failures and implementing permanent corrective actions.
- Experience working with automated production equipment, PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, conveyors, and other industrial systems.
- Experience using CMMS/GMAO systems to document maintenance activities.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, transportation, rail, or another complex industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work methodically under pressure.
- Experience working closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Leadership or team-lead experience is considered an asset.
- Bilingual French and English is an asset.
- A positive, proactive, hands-on attitude and strong interest in learning and developing within a global organization.
