This role is commission-only, with no base salary. Your earnings depend on your sales performance.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to residential and small business prospects.
- Promote TELUS mobility and home security services.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections and follow up with interested customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate customer records and follow-up notes in our CRM.
- Participate in training and team sales meetings.

- The ability to handle rejection and stay focused.
- A willingness to learn and apply coaching.
- Sales, telemarketing, retail, or telecom experience is an asset, but not required.
