and technology architectures; Represent the team on technical committees and various consultation bodies; Define deployment standards adapted to the needs of different environments; Evaluate and select mobility solutions that meet organizational requirements; Develop equipment renewal strategies and determine acquisition criteria; Contribute to the planning and implementation of technology implementation projects.The profile sought is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline; Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications, including at least three (3) years in an analytical or architectural role; Leverage mobility management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, Workspace ONE, or comparable platforms; Use rugged devices such as Sonim, Zebra or equivalent equipment; Master LTE, 4G, 5G, TETRA technologies and radio communication solutions; Design mobility and telecommunications architectures; Technically supervise a team and support the development of expertise; Produce analyses, technical specifications and presentations to management; Develop performance indicators and management dashboards; Use the Microsoft 365 suite in a skilled context; Manage projects for the implementation of technological solutions; Work effectively under pressure in an operational environment; Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills.
