Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TELUS | Koodo Sales Representative role based in Toronto, ON (servicing Brampton/Etobicoke locations).

The Sales

Representative will engage customers in-store, assess their mobility needs, and recommend suitable TELUS and Koodo products, plans, and services.

Responsibilities include processing activations and renewals, explaining device features, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. The role also involves maintaining store displays, staying current on promotions and product updates, and meeting individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

- Customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to create a positive, welcoming in-store experience.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain plans, devices,



and solutions to a diverse range of customers.
- Basic technical aptitude to learn smartphone features, wireless plans, and mobility solutions quickly and accurately.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, transactions, and tasks efficiently.
- Goal orientation and problem-solving abilities to meet sales targets and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, as required in a retail environment.
- Previous experience in wireless, telecom, or retail sales is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Hours will range from 34 - 40 hrs per week (FT).
