Full company training provided – whether you have previous experience in a team leadership role within warehouse environment or are looking for your first step into this type of role, building upon your experience... we want to hear from you This is your chance to join an established and expanding company from their local Robertsbridge site, and oversee all daily warehouse, yard and logistic functions. In this role, you will join a fantastic employer – who have award-winning products, working throughout the UK with amazing clients. You will join a small, growing team with a positive atmosphere , all dedicated to success and efficiency From day one, you will receive training on all areas of operational leadership, and work to manage a busy and varied workload, alongside overseeing a small team.

Duties might include:

- Receiving, unloading and storing products and parts throughout the warehouse according to the company's schedule
- Being responsible for the checking, testing and troubleshooting of orders and parts




- Work closely to schedules ensuring that orders are always ready for shipment
- Mentor the more junior team, training the where necessary
- Booking deliveries via couriers and allocating stock, managing stocktake
- Stock takes and keeping accurate records via a stock management system
- Maintaining a safe, organised working environment ensuring health and safety amongst the team

Any experience warehouse/logistics/operations or transferable skills will be considered.

For success in this role, you will ideally be locally based (within 30-minute commute), and will have good work ethics, and an enjoyment for practical work and willingness to learn. You should be comfortable using a computer, light administration tasks, working with a team, taking ownership of tasks and work well within a practical and hard working environment
