- Coordinate and provide leadership for the planning, design,development, delivery, evaluation and support of training programs andmaterials (including E-learning Module, manuals) for Justice Video Network(JVN) technologies
- Deliver required on-site and virtual training to JVNend-users
- Coordinate and assist with development of graphic userinterface designs and user acceptance test cases, and coordinate useracceptance testing

- Prepared/delivered reports, training and associatedcommunication products
- Experienced in tailoring training delivery methods based onthe needs of various user groups
- Experienced with Adobe Captivate
- Familiar with AODA requirements for both interactivee-learning and written manuals.
- At least 5 years of audio and videoconferencing technologyexperience
- At least 10 years of adult training experience
