Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of a stabilized property in Bedford, NS. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, address resident requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across common areas.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license. You will work 8 am–5 pm Tuesday–Saturday with on-call duties and enjoy a housing discount and potential incentive-based bonuses.
