- Attend Residential Tenancy hearings representing NSPHA
- Prepare documentation for Residential Tenancies Program and Small Claims Court

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Commerce or Business Administration
- Five years' collections experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Small Claims Court
