We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Tire Technician to join our growing rim repair and tire service business. The ideal candidate will have experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, and general tire shop operations. Candidates who are willing to learn and develop additional skills are also encouraged to apply.

Experience in rim repair, welding, or powder coating is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

- Install, remove, and replace tires on passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks.
- Operate tire-changing and wheel-balancing machines.
- Perform wheel balancing and install wheel weights.
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and other issues.
- Perform tire rotations, flat tire repairs, and tire pressure checks.
- Assist with rim repair and refinishing operations as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and properly maintain equipment.
- Provide support to other team members and assist with daily shop operations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a tire technician is preferred.
- Knowledge of tire installation, wheel balancing, and tire repair.
- Ability to use tire-changing and wheel-balancing equipment.




- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling tires and wheels.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.

Additional experience considered an asset:

- Aluminum wheel or alloy rim repair.
- Welding experience, particularly TIG welding or aluminum welding.
- Powder coating, wheel refinishing, or automotive painting.
- Sandblasting, surface preparation, or other rim restoration processes.

Candidates with experience in welding or powder coating may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within our rim repair operations.
