Key Responsibilities - 1. Lead end-to-end operations and continuous improvement of VMware vSphere and vSAN environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with client SLAs.

- 2. Utilize VMware vCenter and vSAN administration tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- 3. Oversee implementation and optimization of VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager) for disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- 4. Deploy and manage ARIA Monitoring Tools to proactively monitor virtualization infrastructure, generate actionable insights, and enhance incident response.
