Covenant House Vancouver is seeking a dedicated Sanctuary Youth Worker to support youth aged 16–24 in a trauma-informed, harm-reduction workplace. You will provide compassionate, practical care and respond to overdoses and emergencies with trained protocols.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, offering daily support around substance use and mental health, and coordinating with community services to ensure safe transitions for youth aging out of the program.
