The position is responsible for promoting and supporting the health and wellness of the urban Inuit community. This role emphasizes culturally relevant, client-centered health service delivery - ensuring that Inuit perspectives are central to all health-related initiatives.

The role is responsible for promoting productive and reciprocal relationships with/within Inuit communities and community collaterals, ensuring that Inuit voices are amplified.
The incumbent will require a specialized skill set to work with a diverse group of internal and external partners collaborators, including Ontario Health, ensuring that Inuit in Ontario have access to equitable and culturally relevant healthcare programs and services. Additionally, the position will help identify key wellness priorities that benefit Inuit communities in collaboration with health system partners.
