Join a talent acquisition team supporting high-level corporate portfolios within a banking environment. This role manages day-to-day recruitment activities across national business lines, partnering closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. The position offers exposure to diverse hiring mandates within a federally regulated industry environment and supports a high-volume recruitment portfolio. The team operates within a cooperative 10-member structure supporting ongoing talent acquisition initiatives.

Must Haves

- Talent Acquisition support for executive-level business leaders within complex business units
- Complex portfolio recruitment across multiple lines of business with national scope
- Organizational skills managing 40-60 requisitions




- 5-8 years recruiting within corporate or federally regulated industry environments
- Human Resources degree background or formalized HR training

Nice to Have

- Bilingualism in French and English
- Banking or financial services industry background
- Workday HRIS

Responsibilities

- Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated recruitment portfolio
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate hiring mandates
- Develop and execute talent strategies targeting active and passive candidates

- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting activities
