The Role — How Working With Us Works

- Independent subcontractor — not an employee — for gas-fired service and repair work.
- Jobs are dispatched through our app on a flat-rate pricing system. No in office negotiating or discounting.
- Brand standards on every job: shoe covers, drop mats, and a short job video ("Instant Replay").
- Customers you serve through Big League stay Big League customers. No side deals, no taking customers private.
- You arrive on time, diagnose properly, explain the work clearly, and leave the home clean.
