Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer Total Rewards programs
- Manage annual compensation and performance bonus cycles
- Perform payroll and benefits audits for compliance
- Support Labour Relations in collective bargaining
- Analyze compensation data to ensure market competitiveness
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Total Rewards or HR Analyst role
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Skilled designation (CCP, CEBS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Experience with HRIS and auditing processes
