CLV Group is seeking a Unit Turn Coordinator to help maintain our residential properties and prepare rental units for current residents. In this hands-on role, you will complete repairs and maintenance during occupancy and between tenancies, while helping ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Perform repairs in rental units during occupancy and between residents.
- Carry out routine and scheduled preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
- Maintain properties and amenities in good working order for residents.
- Respond to emergency calls.
- Complete approved maintenance work orders.
- Identify hazards, take appropriate corrective action, and report issues as needed.
- Perform painting and landscaping duties as required.
- Ensure garbage and debris are properly disposed of.
- Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Perform other related duties within the scope of the role.

Must Haves
- Professional experience with a range of maintenance and light construction tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Additional Information
- Must have access to your own vehicle and a clean driving record.
- Must have the tools needed to perform the work.
- Hours may vary and occasionally be extended.
- Must respond to emergencies during regular operating hours.
- May be required to participate in an after-hours emergency response rotation.
- Weekend work may be required.
