Altis Technology in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Residential Portfolio Administrator to support Ontario residential rent administration during a portfolio expansion and transition. This 6–12 month contract offers a hybrid work setup with four days in the office and Fridays from home.
You will work with Accounts Receivable to process AGIs and guideline rent increases, maintain tenant records, post charges, and help align processes for future operations.
