We are seeking a Retail Senior Manager to oversee daily retail and catering operations at a central park hub.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Managing financial performance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

- Leading and developing supervisory staff and front-line employees.

- Maintaining effective relationships with client and internal teams.

- Monitoring operations to ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

- Identifying service expansion opportunities and driving operational excellence.

- Developing forecasts, managing budgets, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

- 2-4 years of progressive retail management experience preferred.

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree required.





- Experience managing multiple retail sites and high-volume environments.

- Robust financial acumen, P&L; management skills, and ability to analyze variances.

- Proven leadership in managing salaried staff and developing careers.

- Effective communication skills and attention to quality standards.

- Physical ability to perform job demands, including lifting and extended standing.

This role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
