Trail Appliances is seeking a Sales Support Agent to deliver exceptional customer service from post-sale through delivery. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Dispatch/Delivery, and other teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely updates to customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules are common.
