As we continue this period of significant growth, capitalinvestment, and operational revitalization, we are seeking an exceptional VPFinance & Controller to help lead Wabi into its next century of innovation.This is a senior leadership role with real strategic impact, responsible fordriving financial excellence, supporting major capital project execution,overseeing reporting and compliance, and shaping the financial trajectory of arapidly growing industrial company.

Position Summary

As VP Finance & Controller, you will oversee Wabi’s fullfinancial function, lead the accounting team, and partner closely withoperations, engineering, lenders, and government funding bodies.

You will ensure financial discipline, drive decision-makingthrough strong analytics, and help execute the multi-phase Foundry ’29modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

Leadand oversee all accounting functions, including AR/AP, payroll, generalledger, and month-end close

Produceaccurate monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements for internaland external stakeholders

Managebudgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and detailed variance analysis

Evaluateand support major CapEx projects, government-funded initiatives, andmulti-stage capital planning

Enhanceinternal controls and ensure full GAAP compliance

Liaisewith lenders, auditors, government funding partners, tax advisors, andother external parties

Mentorand develop accounting and finance staff as the business continues toscale

Partnerwith operations to optimize cost accounting, inventory management, andproduction-driven financial performance

Providefinancial insights to guide automation, modernization, and operationalimprovements

Qualifications

CPAdesignation required

Minimum5 years of finance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrialenvironment

Strongknowledge of cost accounting, capital project accounting, and ERP systems

Demonstratedability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally

Excellentanalytical, organizational, and communication skills

Abilityto thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, project-driven environment
