Inner Circle Agency Inc. is recruiting for a Vice President, Real Estate Debt & Financing to lead debt financing across Canadian and U.S. portfolios. You will report to the CIO and ownership, shaping financing strategy and lender relationships while mentoring three analysts.

You will oversee underwriting, negotiations, and transaction execution from start to finish, leveraging deep CRE capital market knowledge in a agile, entrepreneurial setting.
