We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Head Office located in Richmond Hill!

Responsibilities:

- Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments
- Pick and pack products based on daily orders and pick sheets
- Verify products against pick sheets to ensure accuracy
- Organize pick routes to optimize efficiency and reduce travel time
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Assemble containers, crates, and packaging materials as needed
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts or audits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or safety issues
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and perform preventive maintenance as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures and standards

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment (retail or logistics)




- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Robust attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory software, or RF scanners is an asset
- Knowledge of consumer electronics or computer components is an asset
- Current forklift and/or order picker license preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass a clear criminal background check
