About the Role:

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer, where you will play an important role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for picking products, packing orders securely, verifying product accuracy and condition, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick products according to order slips or digital picking systems
- Verify product quantities, condition,



and labeling to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to protect product during shipment.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment and ensure they are properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.

Qualification and Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
- Basic computer skills; experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift,



including safely lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or on weekends when required.
