Position Overview

We are conducting a highly confidential search for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations within an established food manufacturing and distribution company.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and daily warehouse operations.
- Manage, train, and supervise warehouse staff and team leaders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse management systems.
- Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and labour efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance departments.
- Implement operational improvements and cost-control initiatives.
- Oversee inventory audits, cycle counts, and reporting.

Qualifications

- Proven warehouse management experience.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Experience in food manufacturing or distribution preferred.
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and warehouse safety practices.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join an established food manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will support food safety, quality control, regulatory compliance, and accurate production documentation. Recent graduates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Monitor compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Perform product sampling, testing, and quality verification.
- Complete inspection reports, production records, and quality documentation.
- Identify and report quality concerns and non-conformances.
- Assist with internal audits and corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams.
- Support continuous improvement and food safety initiatives.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- HACCP and SQF training or certification are robust assets.
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety regulations.
- Strong documentation and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts when required.
