Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Gauthier Automotive Group in Winnipeg. In this role, you will manage warranty claims and ensure smooth processing to support our service operations and uphold our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and correspondence.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to verify warranty coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all warranty policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving warranty-related issues promptly.
- Support the administrative team with filing and organizational tasks.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of warranty processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing warranty inquiries professionally.
- Qualifications
- Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of warranty processes or claims management is advantageous.
