Join Our Team – Weekend & Holiday Building Coverage
Murph-Ease Inc. is looking for a reliable, friendly and professional individual to provide weekend and statutory holiday coverage at two buildings located very close to each other.
If you enjoy working independently, helping residents and keeping buildings running smoothly, we’d like to hear from you!
Schedule
- Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays
- 8-hour days
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours during the week
Responsibilities
- Complete building walkthroughs and routine checks
- Assist residents in a friendly, skilled manner
- Communicate clearly with staff over a two-way radio
- Report maintenance concerns and respond to issues as they arise
- Perform assigned cleaning and basic building upkeep
- Maintain clear daily reports
Qualifications
- Strong spoken English to communicate clearly over a two-way radio and converse with residents
- Reliable,
punctual and able to work independently
- Professional, courteous and comfortable helping residents
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Previous condominium, superintendent or building maintenance experience is an asset
- Available to work Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays

Pay: $18.75 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
- Burlington, ON L7S 2J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- high-rise building: 3 years (required)
