This role is about more than reception

Our Wellness Coordinators are a huge part of what makes Divine Spine special. You will work alongside a chiropractor to create an exceptional patient experience, keep the clinic running smoothly, and help patients stay engaged in their wellness journey.

We're looking for someone whose personality complements our team and helps create a clinic atmosphere that feels lively, positive, and full of connection.

What you'll be doing

Patient Experience & Relationship Building

- Greet every patient with genuine enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence.
- Build relationships with patients, remember the little details, and make people feel like valued members of our clinic community.
- Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and welcoming throughout the day.
- Confidently communicate with patients in person, over the phone, by email, and through text.

Wellness Sales & Patient Retention

- Confidently explain our care plans and help patients understand the value and convenience of committing to their care.
- Recommend appropriate payment options and savings plans, answer questions, address concerns, and comfortably ask patients to make a decision.




- Encourage patients to pre-book their upcoming appointments and help them stay consistent with their recommended care schedules.
- Follow up with patients who have missed appointments or need assistance getting back on track.
- Recognize opportunities to strengthen patient engagement and retention through proactive, friendly communication.

Clinic Operations

- Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, patient check-ins and check-outs, and payments.
- Complete filing, emails, text messages, and other administrative tasks accurately and professionally.
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and ready for patients every day.
- Take ownership of the front desk and help ensure the clinic operates efficiently.

The personality we're looking for We can teach you our systems. What we can't easily teach is personality.

- Are comfortable asking for a commitment, whether that's enrolling in a savings plan or booking the next appointment.
- Bring positive energy even when the clinic is busy.
- Are organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative responsibilities.
- Can balance a warm, personable approach with professionalism and attention to detail.

A very important note: This is not a quiet, behind-the-scenes administrative position.



If you prefer working independently with minimal conversation, or feel uncomfortable with sales and recommending services, this probably isn't the right fit—and that's okay! We're specifically looking for someone who enjoys being the social heartbeat of a clinic.

Do you need healthcare experience?

Not necessarily!

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, beauty, customer service, or other people-focused environments could be a great fit.

If you've worked somewhere that required you to connect with customers, recommend products or services, build relationships, and create an outstanding experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Medical office assistant or healthcare experience is welcome, but personality, communication, confidence, and coachability are what matter most.

We will train the right person on our systems and processes.

Hours

- Monday–Thursday evenings: 2:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings: 8:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Please note that the schedule includes both evening and morning shifts on the days listed.
