Key Responsibilities

- Design visual schedules based on individual and program needs
- Monitor person-centered goals and track progress




- Assist in building community support networks
- Coordinate support strategies with Program Manager
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold therapeutic interventions

Requirements:
- Degree or 2-Year Diploma in Human Services
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
- Clear Criminal Records Check
- Vehicle access with insurance for $2 million liability
- Knowledge of mental health support is an asset
