Closer To Home Community Services Society in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a permanent full time Youth Care Specialist to support youth with complex mental health and behavioral needs in a Community Group Home. You will implement the Teaching Family Model, help with daily routines, school, appointments, and family visits, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires flexibility for a 4-on/4-off rotation, day/night shifts, and availability on weekends/holidays.
