Service Coordination for People with Developmental Disabilities (SCS) seeks an Assessor for the DSOER program to manage MCCSS application packages for individuals over 16 seeking adult developmental services in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.

The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor of DSOER, requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field, and SIS assessor certification, with solid communication and data review skills and willingness to travel within
