Mental Health Association - Western MA is seeking a Residential Support Specialist for Recent Ways Services – ABI Division. You will help residents with acquired brain injuries live safely, promote independence, and support daily living tasks within a compassionate team.

The role requires flexible evenings and weekends, completion of daily documentation, and collaboration with staff to connect participants with community resources and personalized service plans.
