Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver nursing care per care plans and CNO standards

Requirements:

- Current RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Solid English communication skills, additional languages an asset
- Previous home or community nursing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
- Current Basic Life Support certification
