Fraser Health is seeking a casual Community Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Community Transition Housing team in Surrey, BC. The role involves delivering nursing care within community health settings, under supervision where applicable, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Reporting to the clinical operations manager, you will assess client needs, educate patients, administer medications, and participate in quality improvement activities while ensuring a protected care environment.
