Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR advice for corporate groups
- Support leaders in talent management and change management initiatives
- Maintain positive union-management relations in a complex setting
- Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise for tailored HR solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
- At least five years of HR Business Partner experience
- Bilingualism in English and French required
- Experience in a unionized environment preferred
- Professional HR designation is a plus
