Key Responsibilities:

- Perform monthly accounting for subsidiary entities
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Support the annual budgeting cycle and accruals
- Assist in counsel compensation and bonus calculations
- Respond to general ledger inquiries from partners

Requirements:

- University degree or diploma in accounting
- CPA designation with 2+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
