Shared Health at Seven Oaks Health & Social Services in Winnipeg is seeking a casual, in-person role to support adults with severe mental illness. This position leverages community education and outreach experience to coordinate supportive services and assist clients in day-to-day activities.

Applicants should have two years of relevant experience, education in human services, and be prepared to complete required background checks.
